LED street light fixture made of die-cast aluminum (Litek R&D design), self-cleaning and minimum wind exposure design specifically designed for LED technology, IP65 sealed optical assembly with flat protective screen made of extra clear (or frosted on request) 5 mm tempered safety glass, long-lasting protective treatment with aluminum anodization of the structure (steel cover with cataphoresis) and subsequent exterior polyester powder coating in “Anthracite” RAL 7016 embossed color (“Silver” RAL 9006 embossed, or other color, upon request). PMMA street optics with variable light distribution, neutral light shade 4000 K (available on request with light: warm 3000 K, very warm 2700 K, and very warm 2200 K), light emission certified totally cut-off in accordance with LL.RR. regulations against light pollution. Light assemblies composed of ceramic-based MULTICHIP power LEDs in the STANDARD version, and MULTIDIE road high-power in the ECO versions, with direct recast on 15/10 pure aluminum circuits; LEDs electrically insulated by the thermal dissipation system, constant current Vdc LED driving system (350 to 700 mA). Various types of operation/ignition (RO, OF, DMP, DM, TLC, DA, CLO); redundant LITEK heat dissipation system TCS (Thermal Cooling System) with automatic safety temperature control. Power supply 110/240Volt 50/60Hz, rephased to cos-fi ≥0.95, class II insulation (class I on request), electronic power supply with very high efficiency microprocessor control totally resined (Made in Italy) with overvoltage protection up to 10kV both common mode and differential mode, max rated power 110W. IP65-rated fixture, technical compartment/cables separate from optical unit. Impact protection rating IK08, stainless steel external hardware, Ø60mm horizontal pole mount, dimensions 700x350x90 mm and weight 9.5kg. Various accessories available, CE marking.
